
Limited Warranty Policy
PULOKA is committed to maintaining high manufacturing standards and ensuring that all products are produced according to the specifications approved by our clients. As an OEM/ODM manufacturer, PULOKA does not provide consumer-level warranties or post-delivery repair/replacement services. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that all goods meet the agreed-upon requirements before shipment.

Warranty Scope Before Shipment
PULOKA provides quality assurance strictly before goods are packaged and dispatched.
This includes:
Sample confirmation prior to mass production
Video or photo verification of final goods
Optional on-site inspection by the customer or their appointed agent
Immediate communication and re-confirmation if materials or components require adjustment
Once the customer approves the final production details, all products are deemed accepted and ready for shipment.
No Warranty After Shipment
As PULOKA does not handle logistics, distribution, or retail sales, we do not offer:
Post-delivery warranty
Returns, exchanges, or refunds
Repair or replacement services for goods already shipped
Warranty coverage related to product use, environmental conditions, handling, or wear and tear
Our warranty obligations end at the point when the goods are handed over to the customer’s freight forwarder or representative.
Products Purchased Through Distributors or Brand Partners
If you purchased a PULOKA-produced item through a distributor, reseller, or brand partner, please contact them directly for any warranty or after-sales concerns.
PULOKA does not handle consumer warranty claims for products sold by third parties.
Conditions & Limitations
The following conditions apply to PULOKA’s pre-shipment quality warranty:
Covered Before Shipment
Manufacturing defects identified prior to packaging
Substandard materials that deviate from the approved sample
Production errors confirmed during inspection
Not Covered
The following are not covered by PULOKA’s warranty under any circumstances:
Issues discovered after shipment
Damage caused during transportation, warehousing, or delivery
Damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or negligence
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by environmental factors (humidity, heat, etc.)
Unauthorized modifications made by the customer or a third party
Accidental damage, including impact, scratching, tearing, or weather conditions
Customer dissatisfaction after product confirmation
Variations occurring after approval (e.g., slight color differences due to different device screens or lighting)
OEM/ODM Responsibilities
PULOKA fully supports both OEM and ODM customers with:
Customized design development
Material and component sourcing
Prototype/sample creation
Consistent quality control during production
However, once the customer confirms the samples and final production details, the responsibility for market sales, distribution, and after-sales service rests entirely with the customer or their authorized partners.
Claim Process (Pre-Shipment Only)
If any issues are identified before shipment, customers may contact their PULOKA account manager with:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the defect
If validated, PULOKA will correct the issue or reproduce the defective portion before shipment.
No claims will be accepted once the goods have left our facility.
Rights & Disclaimer
This warranty covers manufacturing services only and does not apply to consumer use or post-delivery conditions.
PULOKA disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the responsibilities outlined above.
This policy does not limit any contractual agreements made separately with OEM/ODM clients, provided such terms are formally documented and mutually approved.
