Our Role
PULOKA focuses on product research and development and production. We are not directly responsible for international shipping, customs clearance, or final delivery of orders.
All logistics arrangements for goods (including shipping method, freight, delivery time, customs clearance, and final delivery) are handled by the customer or their designated freight forwarder.
Order Dispatch
After production is completed and passes quality inspection, we typically complete the shipment preparation within 1–3 business days and transfer the goods to the customer's carrier according to the customer's designated pickup method.
Shipping Arrangements
All shipping methods, freight, and delivery times are determined by the customer or their freight forwarder.
PULOKA does not provide sea freight, air freight, or express delivery services, nor does it collect freight charges.
Please confirm the shipping plan, costs, and estimated arrival time with your freight forwarder before placing an order or starting production.
Delivery Time
As transportation is arranged by the customer, actual delivery time will vary depending on the carrier, mode of transport, and destination country or region.
PULOKA cannot guarantee delivery time and is not liable for delays.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs clearance procedures, import taxes, and other local charges are handled by the customer or their designated freight forwarder.
Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees are borne by the consignee.
PULOKA does not participate in customs clearance and cannot influence the processing speed of customs in different countries.
Shipping Restrictions
If certain countries or regions cannot accept a particular freight forwarder or mode of transport, please confirm accessibility with your freight forwarder in advance.
PULOKA is not responsible for regional restrictions imposed on third-party transportation.
